Science

This Foundation Learning course applies to students currently working below Level 1.

In Science you will have the opportunity to study elements from Biology, Chemistry and Physics. You will also develop basic experimental and investigative abilities. Science enables you to recognise the difference between scientific and non-scientific ideas and explanation. It also involves exploring technological and environmental applications of science.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification and though it is not a requirement to have studied Science before taking this qualification, you will need to have a keen interest in the field.
